How it works
- You can book an appointment with a podiatrist or a doctor, based on what your current requirements are. If you are unsure about your concerns, take a free foot assessment. Our podiatrists will analyze your conditions and will provide you with a detailed diagnosis within 48 hours of the assessment, and you will get a report over email or Whatsapp.
- Once you have submitted a booking, you will receive a call from our foot care advisor, who will take you through the next steps of the online process.
- You will be sent a payment link via Whatsapp. The amount that you need to pay will depend on the type of service you have confirmed with us.
- For the online consultation, you will need:
- A device that supports video and audio support
- Good network connection
- A quiet place where the assessment can be conducted, preferably with some empty floor space to conduct any tests during the consultation time
- At the time of the session, the podiatrist will connect with you one on one and will ask you questions for diagnosis. They may also ask you to perform some movements to understand your gait and foot alignment among others.
- Based on the final diagnosis, you may be recommended some forms of treatment such as custom orthotics or any other product(s) that can provide pain relief.
- There may be cases based on severity where a medical opinion may be required, at which point, you will be recommended to a doctor, either via online consultation or a physical clinic visit for further inspection and treatment plan. In case of this, your foot care advisor will guide you entirely with setting up the appointment and the process forward.
