How physiotherapy helps
Pain and injury change the way you walk, and muscles weaken quickly when you rest a limb. A physiotherapist works out what is weak, stiff or out of balance and gives you a programme to strengthen, stretch and retrain it. At CuraFoot this fits alongside your insoles, footwear, brace or podiatry treatment.
How it works
Assessment
The physiotherapist checks your movement, strength, balance and the way you walk.
Treatment sessions
Exercises and hands-on therapy in the clinic, adjusted as you improve.
Home programme
Simple exercises to do at home, with a resistance band or roller if you need one.
