CuraPodiatrics Care Pvt Ltd (“CuraFoot”, “we”) runs clinic.curafoot.in. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- When you request an appointment or send us a message: your name, phone number, the clinic you choose, your preferred date and time, and anything you write in the message box.
- When you call or WhatsApp us from the site: the call or chat happens on your phone; we see your number as in any call or message.
- When you browse: like most websites, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people, and advertising tags from Google and Meta to measure whether our adverts lead to appointment requests. These use cookies and similar technology and record things like the pages you visit, your device and approximate location (city). They do not give us your name.
Why we use it
- To contact you about your appointment request and arrange your visit.
- To answer your questions.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, and to measure our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who can see it
- The CuraFoot clinic team who handle appointments.
- The services that run this site and its forms on our behalf: WordPress.com and Jetpack (Automattic), and Akismet, which checks form messages for spam.
- Google and Meta, for the analytics and advertising measurement described above.
We may share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep appointment requests and messages only as long as we need them to arrange your care and keep proper records, and then delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information you gave us through this site, or withdraw your consent, by writing to support@curafoot.in. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
Children
A parent or guardian should send appointment requests for children under 18.
Your medical records
Records of your visit and treatment are kept at the clinic and are not collected through this website.
